Rathdowne Place will include Australia’s newest inner-city aged-care facility. This ultra-modern, high-rise facility opens in May 2014. It features contemporary interiors, beautifully landscaped gardens, and high-tech rooms with resident comfort sensors, movement- activated lighting and smart TVs to connect residents to family and friends. Importantly, higher staff numbers mean a greater focus on residents and more flexibility around activities, meal choices and routines.

Rathdowne Place will be home to 162 rooms and suites across five floors, all with a private ensuite, including 13 luxury suites and two penthouse suites.
