Rural Northwest Health provides residential services for community members at the Hopetoun and Warracknabeal Campuses. We provide services for permanent placement respite and for people living with dementia for people assessed as having high and low care level of care needs.The Board of Management has set the strategic goal of meeting the community needs for aged care services from 2011-2015.
