TLC Aged Care is Victoria's largest family owned provider of residential aged care. Our 10 residential aged care homes are situated across Melbourne and Geelong. To ensure the highest level of care possible all of our homes are fully accredited by the Department of Health and Ageing employ qualified staff across all clinical and non-clinical roles and have dedicated Admissions Coordinators on-site to assist and support our residents in their transition to aged care. From our beginnings we have been innovators in our approach to aged care. This way of thinking continued with the opening of each of our new homes and now culminates in our most innovative aged care home The Heights. The Heights will not only include traditional residential aged care but also a range of 'apartment style' aged living options with the reassurance of a fully accredited aged care provider. This will allow residents to choose from a range of accommodation options including single rooms suites and apartments. These options allow couples to remain living together while one or both of them require aged care. In addition to these options The Heights will also offer a secure stand-alone level of dementia specific accommodation. The Heights also offers an extensive lifestyle activities program that ensures our residents are always engaged and active. Our residents also benefit from a great range of on-site facilities including a café cinema gym and hair salon. Restaurant quality dining and other catering options are also a feature of The Heights.
